Birdy Grey Return Policy & Restock Fees

You have 30 days to return your eligible item. There is a $7 restocking fee for each non-dress item and $10 for each dress returned at a returns bar, with an additional $3 processing fee for items returned by mail. Shipping fees will not be refunded. P.S. Exchanges are totally free!

Birdy Grey Suits Return Policy & Restock Fees

You have 30 days to return or exchange your eligible item. There is a restocking fee for returns (it's waived for exchanges!), so please reference the chart below. If you are returning the items by mail, there is an additional $3 processing fee. Important: Suits must have the original tags attached, with the vents and pockets unopened. The return will not be approved otherwise! Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

*If you return by mail, please allow us up to one week to process your return or exchange after it is received. You will receive an email confirmation from us as soon as it’s processed. For items that are placed on a "preorder," our standard 30-day Return Policy still applies. However, your refund may be issued in the form of a physical check or Venmo depending on when the item was shipped out to you.
