Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
You have 30 days to return your eligible item. Please note there is a $10 restocking fee for each suit item (jacket and pants are considered separate items), and a $7 fee on non-suit items along with an additional $3 processing fee for items returned by mail. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Suits need to be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and vents unopened. Yes, you may cancel your order up to one hour after it is placed via the order confirmation page or in your order history.
For all U.S. returns for a refund, a $10 restocking fee is applied, per suit item (for items returned in person, at a Happy Returns location). A $13 restocking fee is charged for each item returned by mail, and a $7 restocking fee is charged for each non-suit return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All restocking fees will be deducted from your final refund.
For all Canadian returns for a refund, a $15 restocking fee is applied per item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All restocking fees will be deducted from your final refund.
Your refund should appear on your account within 3-10 business days after it is processed, depending on your financial institution.
Yes, as long as your return or exchange was set up for multiple items within one order and one return label was provided for all your items! However, if more than one label was provided, please ship the items back separately with the appropriate label provided for each item, in order to ensure your refund or gift card exchange is processed correctly.

No, with the exception of eGifts Cards that were created as part of an exchange, in which case, the original form of payment can be refunded. Please note: This kind of refund can only be processed within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Any order returned for a refund, that was purchased using an eGift Card, will be refunded back to the eGift Card used to make the purchase.
Our return and exchange window begins once the product begins tracking.
If your item is on preorder, you will have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
If you received your eGift Card in an exchange, you have 90 days from the date your first order was placed to receive a refund on your original form of payment.
If you ship back the incorrect item, please use our Customer Care form here to let us know as soon as you can. Please include your order number, and we’ll do our best to locate the package for you once it arrives at our warehouse. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for items purchased from another brand sent in error.
Amazon Pay and Apple Pay encrypt your card number to help protect you from fraudulent charges. We can't see your actual credit card number, so the refund reflects that encrypted card number. Rest assured, the refund will go back to your original form of payment within 3-10 business days (depending on the institution).

There are times when a courier will mark your package as delivered when, in fact, the package is still in transit. Please contact our Customer Care team here, and we’ll assist you in locating the package.
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to update your delivery address.
If you ordered UPS Priority Shipping, we recommend creating an account with the shipping carrier, and requesting that they update your shipping address! For privacy reasons, this isn't something we can do once the order is marked as shipped.
International shipping rates are flat-rate ($70 for suits and accessories, $25 for swatches) and include all duties & taxes, with the exception of duties collected by countries in the European Union. In-stock merchandise shipped to the U.S. (via standard shipping) arrives within 5-10 business days.
Expedited delivery upgrades are also available at checkout. Please allow 3-5 extra business days for all personalized or monogrammed items. Please see our Shipping Policy page here for more details on shipping to Canada and other international destinations
Please triple-check your shipping address before you check out, as it is often impossible for us to change it after the fact. If you do notice that you've ordered an item to the incorrect address, please contact our Customer Care team here, and we'll do our best to correct the issue.
We can’t wait for you to receive your order either! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Sometimes, it can take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Some carriers may experience delivery delays, or may occasionally fail to scan packages until they’re out for delivery, but rest assured, your order is still on its way to you. However, if more than 10 business days have passed, and there is no movement in your tracking, let us know and we’d be happy to look into it!

We try our absolute best to accurately estimate our shipping windows, but there are rare occasions when things unexpectedly change. If that happens, our Customer Experience team will reach out with a new shipping time-frame and additional information.
If the new shipping date doesn't work for your wedding timeline, we can help you swap out the dress for an in-stock style!

Preorder allows you to purchase an item as it's making its way to our warehouse. When you preorder a suit, we're guaranteeing that it will ship to you as soon as it's processed through our warehouse. Expected delivery dates for preorder items can be found on each product page.
Since some pre-orders are still making their way to our warehouse, we're unable to accurately determine an exact ship date. We won't bore you with the logistical details, but there are various sticking points where things can get a little delayed. For example, during the holidays, port congestion can cause extended delays. By providing a broader shipping window, it allows us room for any of those unexpected delays while still meeting your expectations. We will always reach out to customers whose orders are affected by unforeseen delays and help resolve the issue in a timely manner!
Potentially, but it's not guaranteed! Because pre-ordered items are still making their way to our warehouse, we cannot 100 percent guarantee their arrival date.
We want you to have the item you love the most, but we don't want to add any additional stress to the wedding. If you want to cross your fingers and wait for your pre-ordered item, we recommend purchasing an in-stock option as well to have as a backup in case it doesn't arrive on time.

We are unable to make changes to your order after it's placed. However, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team here, and, depending on how far along your order is in the fulfillment process, we can request to cancel. Then you can place a new one with all of your items.
Fit
We do not provide alteration services at this time, but our pants have extra fabric at the back, so there is an inch of fabric that can be let out at the waist if needed! Also, our pants have an extra 2 inches at the hem, giving you the option to adjust the length for a perfect fit.
Nope! You can easily do it in the comfort of your home--just grab a friend to help because some of the measurements will be difficult to get an accurate read on your own. Watch our video here for a quick guide.
The slim fit is designed to contour your body for a sharp, polished look. Our classic fit is a relaxed yet refined style with a bit more breathing room.
You sure can! If you prefer a certain fit in different areas, you can mix and match between our slim and classic fit directly on the product page.
